The KTR-5450 is a compact, fully integrated system designed for precision spray and soldering applications. Its key feature is the integration of both spray and soldering functions onto a single motion platform, minimizing space requirements. The system employs a stationary PCB configuration, with the spray and soldering platform providing movement across the board. This design contributes to high welding quality, significantly increasing the welding pass rate. Full PC control allows for precise parameter setting and storage. All parameters, including movement paths, solder temperature, flux type, solder type, and N2 temperature, can be programmed and saved to individual PCB menus. This ensures excellent traceability and easy repeatability of high-quality soldering results. The equipment requires a 3-Phase, 380V, 50 Hz power supply, compressed air at 3-5 Bar, and nitrogen at 3-4 Bar.

Software
The machine's software is built on Windows 7, offering a user-friendly experience and excellent traceability. This allows for easy operation and comprehensive tracking of the soldering process. All critical parameters, such as movement speed, dwell time, Z-axis height, and wave height, can be set for each solder point directly in the software. software.
The system can be upgraded with an automatic wave height calibration function, ensuring consistent wave stability by checking and calibrating the wave height after processing each PCB. All PCB-related information is stored in a single menu file, including PCB dimensions and image, flux/solder types, nozzle type, solder/N2 temperatures, motion path, wave height, and Z-height for each solder point. This allows customers to easily access historical data and ensures excellent traceability when soldering the same PCB again.
