Product Description
The KME-M441H-014 vision board serves as the central image processing core for Yamaha YRM20 placement machines. Designed as a CPCI plug-in module for backplane installation, this board governs image acquisition, algorithm calculation, position correction, and data communication for the entire machine vision system, making it essential for high-precision component placement.
Equipped with multi-channel dedicated camera ports, the board connects fiducial cameras, head component recognition cameras, and side-view inspection cameras to capture PCB mark points, component outlines, and nozzle pickup posture images in real time. It performs high-speed image decoding, grayscale calculation, and contour matching algorithm processing.
The board converts recognition offset data into position compensation values and transmits these to the servo master board to correct PCB deviation and component pickup errors. This ensures placement precision up to ±0.025mm while reducing offset, tombstoning, reversed components, and component rejection defects.
Side-view image analysis automatically detects missing pickups, tilted parts, reversed components, and stacked parts, triggering component rejection to improve production yield. The board communicates at high speed with the system unit board and servo board to synchronize placement coordinates, recognition results, and fault codes, supporting image traceability to connect with factory MES systems for quality analysis.
This vision board also features self-diagnosis functionality to monitor camera cables, light sources, and chip status, triggering alarms for communication loss, no image, recognition timeout, and port damage to facilitate fast troubleshooting.
