Original automatic nozzle switching unit designed for Yamaha YRM20 and YRM10 pick & place mounters. This assembly consists of Type A and Type B independent changer modules for automatic nozzle replacement during production.
- KMX-M9600-A10: Type A Nozzle Changer Station for small-size nozzles
- KMX-M9600-B20: Type B Nozzle Changer Station for large-size nozzles
Type A nozzle station stores and swaps tiny nozzles for micro component mounting (0201, 0402 chips). Type B nozzle station accommodates larger specification nozzles for big component placement work.
Automatic nozzle change design eliminates manual replacement and machine downtime, improving production changeover efficiency, reducing human error, and ensuring continuous stable operation of SMT production lines.
