Usage Instructions
Installation and Placement
The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry, and level indoor environment, with reserved space for maintenance and heat dissipation. Before connecting the air supply and power source, ensure all pipelines and valves are securely connected with no looseness or gas leakage. Check whether the equipment grounding is reliable to avoid the risks of static electricity and leakage.
Power On Operation
Connect the main power and control power in sequence, then check if the dashboard and indicator lights are functioning properly. Slowly open the intake valve and introduce filtered and dried compressed air, ensuring the intake pressure remains stable within the rated range. Press the start button, and the device will automatically enter PSA oxygen production mode, with the adsorption towers operating alternately. Run for 3-5 minutes, then slowly open the outlet valve to supply gas externally once the oxygen purity and pressure reach the set values.
Operation and Inspection
The equipment can operate continuously for 24 hours, but frequent start-stop cycles, overpressure, and overload usage are strictly prohibited. Regularly check the pressure gauge, purity gauge, and operational indicator lights, and monitor the sound and status of the equipment operation. Maintain ventilation around the equipment to avoid obstructing the cooling vents; keep the inspection door closed when not in maintenance mode.
Shutdown Operation
Short-term shutdown: First close the outlet valve -> Press the stop button -> After the unit depressurizes, close the inlet valve. No need to cut off the main power supply.
Long-term shutdown: After completing the short-term shutdown procedures, remove residual gases from the equipment and pipelines, cut off the main power supply, and implement dust-proof protection. A comprehensive inspection and trial run are required before reactivation.
Usage Precautions
- Air supply requirements: The connected compressed air must undergo filtration, oil removal, and moisture removal. It is strictly prohibited to allow gases containing excessive oil, water, or impurities to enter the equipment, to prevent molecular sieve contamination, failure, and pipeline blockage.
- Environmental Management: Avoid placing equipment near areas with high temperatures, humidity, or severe dust accumulation to prevent cabinet rusting and component damage.
- Operating Procedures: Operate strictly within the rated parameters, prohibit unauthorized modification of equipment programs and pressure settings; non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble pipelines, valves, adsorption towers, or electrical components without permission.
- Routine Maintenance: Regularly replace the front-end air filter, inspect pipe connections and valves for leaks, keep the cabinet clean, and prevent foreign objects from entering the equipment.
- Operation Precautions: It is strictly prohibited to open the maintenance door or touch internal rotating components during equipment operation to prevent accidental contact.
