1, equipment installation and operation:
The machine is placed on a ventilated platform with no flammable objects around. The drawer is placed outward and the space for opening and closing the drawer is reserved for convenient operation. The body has four sides with a space for 20mm to ensure smooth ventilation at the bottom. Power, turn on the power switch, the initial display of the front panel LCD screen as shown below:

Press F3 again to display the key parameters of the curve: the type of solder paste, the temperature and time of reflow, etc., as shown below
Press F4 key to return to the previous page, press F1 key to automatically execute the selected temperature curve. After the work is completed, it will automatically stop and the buzzer will alarm.
Under the main panel, press F2 to select manual operation:

3, the operating instructions:
1), gently put the items to be processed on the drawer inside the platform, close the drawer, press the F1 key to boot, automatically perform the selected heating curve; LCD screen shows the current execution time, set temperature, measurement temperature, And automatically record the actual temperature curve for comparison.
2) Through the data and curves displayed on the front window of the drawer and the LCD screen, the entire machining process is completed in your visual monitoring. If the processing curve does not meet your requirements, you can modify the parameters.
3) The processing curve is preset according to the different temperature requirements of different solder pastes for reflow. You can preset another temperature curve according to different requirements.
4) In the process of processing, if it is necessary to stop, you can press S to terminate the forced termination; after the processing is completed, the fan will automatically cool the product; you can also forcibly start the fan for cooling.
5) After the reflow is completed, if there is a defect in the product, it can be re-welded again automatically, or the reheating can be started manually.
4, special reminder:
1) The machine is designed to meet the requirements of lead-free double-sided welding, and a unique air duct is designed. When the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of the PCB board during welding is large, it can ensure that the following components will not fall off when welding the above components; To ensure the soldering requirements of the small board, it is recommended that when soldering the small board and the BGA solder ball, a 10x10cm PCB board is pre-placed at the bottom of the material pump to make the soldering quality better.
2) When the ambient temperature is low, moisture or humidity is too high, it is recommended to warm up the machine before welding. The operation method is: After selecting the welding curve, the empty machine automatically re-welds once.
3) Do not solder metal-encapsulating chips and metal shields that are too reflective; do not solder plastic inserts and items that withstand temperatures below 250 degrees. Please note!
4) How to detect the temperature of the machine: The standard thermometer is used to fix the external temperature probe on the front of the 10x10cm PCB, and it must be closely attached to the top of the PCB. The PCB board with the temperature probe fixed is placed in the material pump and pushed into the machine so that the tested temperature is more in line with the actual production conditions.
5, daily maintenance:
1), keep the cavity clean:
We have a cleaning function for the inner cavity: after using it several times, it is recommended that you manually turn on the heating and the fan for 2-3 minutes to allow the solvent and solder remaining in the cavity to evaporate and volatilize to ensure the inner cavity is clean and the overall performance is stable; Before shutting down, be sure to turn on the blower to allow the complete machine to cool sufficiently before shutting it down, which will extend the service life.
2) Regularly clean the observation glass of the drawer to keep it clean.

2) The machine does not have a smoke exhaust passage. It is recommended to place it in a ventilated place to prevent the volatile poisoning of solder paste.
